Ceremony

The religious ceremony will take place at 16:00 at the church Santa Sofia in Via di Boccea.

Santa Sofia is a Greek-catholic church very important to the Ukranian community in Rome, and we chose it so Kostia would feel a little bit more at home!

A couple of information about the ceremony:

• We will all enter the church together so don’t panic if the doors are closed, it is part of the tradition.
• The celebration will be in Ukranian and Italian and there will be a book for those who want to follow, and if you’re lost in translation just look at all the mosaics!
• As you all know we are a mixture of three countries, two cultures and many beliefs, we wanted to mix them all together in this one big wedding.

Церемонія вінчання

Вінчання проходитиме о 16:00 у соборі Святої Софії на вулиці Via di Boccea в Римі.

Собор Святої Софії – це греко-католицька церква, що має важливе значення для української діаспори в Римі. Ми вибрали її для вінчання, щоб Костя відчув себе, як у себе вдома!

Декілька пояснень щодо вінчання:

• Ми всі зайдемо до церкви одночасно, так що не лякайтеся, якщо побачите двері церкви зачиненими – це частина традиції
• Вінчання проходитиме українською та італійською мовами. Ви зможете слідкувати за перебігом церемонії у книжці, яку вам видадуть. Якщо вам раптом стане нудно – роздивляйтеся мальовничі мозаїки у храмі!
• Як ви всі знаєте, ми являємо собою асорті з трьох країн, двох культур і багатьох переконань. Ми хотіли поєднати все це в одному великому весіллі!

La cerimonia religiosa iniziera alle 16:00 alla chiesa di Santa Sofia in via di Boccea.

Santa Sofia é una chiesa greco-cattolica importantissima per la comunitá ucraina di Roma, scelta per far sentire piú a casa Kostia!

Ecco qualche informazione sul rito:

• Entreremo tutti insieme nella chiesa, quindi non vi preoccupate se le porte sono chiuse, fa parte della tradizione!
• La cerimonia sará in Ucraino e Italiano e ci sará un libretto per chi vuole seguire la messa, e se vi sentite persi guardate i mosaici!
• Come tutti sapete siamo l’unione di tre paesi, due culture e molte convinzioni, volevamo mischiare tutto ció in un unico grande matrimonio.
